Mental Journal

While consulting Ben Ward (leadership & Organisational Coach) I sketched down my mental state along the way to keep track of my thoughts and the topics we ran by during the sparring period. For me this was a journey through mindfullness and chaos. Which led to a realization to try new paths in order to keep my work-life-balance in place.

Keeping track of thoughts isn't always easy when your mind is bending in opposite directions each day. But spending maximum 5-10 minuttes every day to doodle the most memorable or mental disturbing event of the day was helpfull to me. (either before you go to bed or as the first thing next morning) - if nothing pops-up just leave in a blank page. This became a tool to reflect from when talking to Ben.
